HIMF together with LSROK (Little Stevens School of Rock and Career has initiated a program with monthly screenings of music films, as part of an annual HIMF activity wheel.
The program is supported by Sparebank1stiftesen. The goal is that as many young people as possible in Halden will see the films, and free tickets are provided to young people through LSROK, schools and organisations.
The program has the following objectives:

give young people a better understanding of the societal importance of music and culture.

motivate and inspire the young people who participate.

give a better understanding of career/educational paths available to them.​

Pink Floyd Live at Pompeii (Norwegian premiere),
The British progressive rock band Pink Floyd performs at the ancient Roman amphitheater in the ruins of Pompeii, Italy in 1971

Becoming Led Zeppelin (only screening in Østfold County before the summer)
The film traces the journeys of the four members of Led Zeppelin through the music scene in the 1960s and their meeting in the summer of 1968, which culminated in 1970.
